Your bills are yours. Literally.

EsyBill has no accounts, no database, and no tracking pixels. The bills you create are encoded directly into the share link and stored only in your own browser. We never see them.

Nothing, by design. EsyBill does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or payment details. There is no sign-up and no login.

Bill data — totals, names, and shares — is encoded into the URL you share and saved to your browser’s local storage so you can revisit recent bills. That data lives on your device and in the links you choose to share; it is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

EsyBill does not use cookies. We use your browser’s local storage for two things only: remembering your light/dark theme preference and keeping a list of your recent bills on your device. You can clear both at any time from your browser settings.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may keep standard, short-lived request logs (such as IP address and user agent) to operate and secure the service. See the Cloudflare privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ for details. EsyBill itself adds no analytics or tracking on top of this.

Anyone who has the link can open the bill, because the bill is the link. Treat a bill link like you would treat the bill itself: share it only with the people who should see it.

EsyBill does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Since no data is collected, there is nothing to request, correct, or delete on our side.

If the way EsyBill works ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
