How do I split fuel costs on a road trip?
Add up the total fuel cost for the trip and divide by the number of people in the car. Enter the total into EsyBill, add all passengers (including the driver), and share the link. Everyone pays an equal share.
Should the driver pay for petrol on a road trip?
In most groups, everyone including the driver splits the fuel cost equally — the driver contributes their time and vehicle, and the cost is shared. Some groups give the driver a slight discount; use EsyBill's percentage mode to set custom shares.
How do I calculate fuel cost for a road trip?
